There are an abundance of gowns and accessories to choose from. After everybody is dressed for the part, all guests will participate in a fabulous high tea party with the finest china. Table etiquette will be taught.  Everybody gets to play tea bingo and enjoy story time. The book High Tea on East B will be read during story time and each guest gets to take home that same book!
​The birthday girl and her guests will also get busy in the kitchen and decorate four fabulous cupcakes.
We will make sure there is plenty of time for some cute pictures.
